Couple years back when I worked @ sams club one of my departments was produce. The biggest objective working produce was to keep everything fresh and look out for bad fruit/vegetables because if I did not effectively identify the bad it would soon corrupt the good. So I was constantly rotating everything to make sure it was presentable and fresh. Every now and then I would miss the bad fruit/veggie and that one bad fruit would begin to rot the good fruit that was around it, because the bad fruit would attract flies and nats.
