Against all odds he knows he has survived to thrive! – Bishop Noel Jones Sometimes it’s hard to get back on your feet when life has knocked you down. It’s hard to love again when someone you gave your heart to did not only use you but made a mess of your life. It’s definitely difficult to trust again when betrayal smiled at you yet destroyed you. No one can truly understand except they have walked a mile in your shoes. Like Paul said in scriptures I have learnt to forget those things which are behind and reach forth unto those things which are before and I suggest that you too take a cue from Paul like I have done and shake off yourself from your past for God does not intend for you to walk into your future backwards. The way men have treated you does not define how God sees you. You will ALWAYS be special to Him regardless of where you have been or who you have been with. All you have got to do is completely surrender your life to Jesus and learn to let Him lead. Your situation does not define who God is. God is God regardless of what life throws your way so ultimately He can fix whatever storm you are facing. It does not matter how bad it is or for how long you have had to sit in the ash of life He can relocate you to the place of glory. He is still the one that picks the beggar from the dust and the poor from the dunghill and sets them among princes and nobles. Quit moaning about your life and start trusting God for a new beginning. Everything works out for good for them that love the Lord and are the called according to His purpose. Once you look within your life and confirm that you are still where you are supposed to be with God rest assured that you will arise again. Yes love will find you again; someone will walk into your life, respect and value you as God designed you to be. With God where there are sad endings He sure knows how to create new beginnings with happy endings! Isaiah put it this way…”Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19” As you go about life today put a smile on your face and give God praise for everything you have had to suffer or go through for He sure deserves your praise. The fact that you are still here; alive and healthy after all you’ve been through is proof that God still has some special stuff in store for you; you have been preserved for a reason. Your praise to God despite the pain you have suffered angers the devil and positions you for God’s lifting. I celebrate you who has survived all life has thrown your way and yet you continue to prod on one day at a time. You’re a survivor and nothing can steal what God has prepared for you! Arise, take up thy bed and just keep walking!!!!!!!!!! Surely…All is well!
