Court is a secular body. It doesnt function for the Hindus alone. It functions to cater to all the citizens of this country. Today the District Principal additional sessions Judge K.P.Indira will take over the Governance of Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple. A secular body will now govern a religious institution. This is called absurdity. This is absolutely against the Constitution. Hindus have ample reasons to protest. Remember, in the 80s Muslims took to the street against a supreme court order citing that Courts have no rights to interfere in Muslim personal law. Why are Hindus in the back foot to safeguard their fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution?
