Courtesy Post! - CARMEL, NY Evian is a VERY special blind and deaf Great Dane/Pit Bull mix located at the Putnam County Humane Society in Carmel NY. She loves to swim, is very attentive to her handlers, acclimates well to a home environment, and is already working on scent training. Putnam County Humane Society is in search of a low key foster or adoptive home for this fabulous big gal. They say she would prefer a single dog home or a home with ONE other very low key dog. She is a nice girl, but cannot read body language so sometimes struggles in social situations with other dogs.
