Courtney Watson - Howard County & I spent time together listening to some of the HCC Pathway Scholarship recipients, a program made possible through funds allocated by Howard County Government in FY15. We met some of the 1200+ students who benefit from this scholarship, today, and when we talk about budgets and numbers -- were talking about Owen, Nageen, Althea, and Michael.
