Courts do not have jurisdiction until you appear, so not - TopicsExpress

Courts do not have jurisdiction until you appear, so not ‘appearing’ frustrates them into issuing a warrant in order to pretend they do, but the very issuing proves their lack. So, when dragged to court, get their attention by stating, “For and on the Public Record, I am here by Special Appearance only”. When asked, “Do you understand the charges against you?”, state, “I do not understand the charges against the trust. Do you?” If a judge answers ‘yes’, this means that he accepts the liability of the charge and if he answers, ‘no’, it means he doesn’t know what’s going on and, hence, is incompetent. I waive my right to be recognized, everywhere, as a “person”, before the law, pursuant to the International Bill of Human Rights: UDHR, Article 6 and ICCPR, Article 16, by which you are bound, as both Canada and the United States are signatories. Since “no law or fact can be tried in court”, this law is “THE law”. As all statutory “laws” apply only to “persons” –legal fictions, they do NOT apply to me, a living human being. I am the sole beneficiary and living heir to the ESTATE of the JOHN DOE TRUST so I cannot be the trustee. YOU (prosecutor) must be the trustee, since you created the liability, so you must provide the remedy –Maxim of Law. I authorize you to settle this matter. If you have an oath of office by which you have sworn to protect my rights, then you are in violation of it and if you do not have an oath of office then you are in violation of CCC §403, Personation with intent.
