Covered a lot of ground today......and just like that my sense of accomplishment went out the window. Thats not a bad thing, not this time. I get a lot of friend request, eleven new ones this week and its only Wednesday. Actually lets make that twelve. I can not begin to explain the emotions that go through my mind when I get a friend request from the parent/parents of a fallen warrior. That happened just now. Adam Wolffs father sent it and I readily accepted. It is an honor to be invited into their lives and I really hope that in some small measure I can step up and bring him and the rest of the family comfort. There is no understanding the reality of losing a child, there is acceptance and in time there is a peace that replaces the heartbreak. I once again find myself wishing I had known Adam personally, just as I did with Joshua, Travis, Donald, Dillion and all the others..........to all the moms and dads who have suffered,,,,,,,,,,,I wish I may, I wish I might, have this wish I wish tonight, I wish I had never met you under the circumstances I did, I wish, I wish your child was safely in your arms.........
