Covered bridge festival today. Ive got a backpack loaded with bags, waters, rain gear etc. (I plan on stuffing myself with tasty food there!) I told Autumn about it and she said she didnt really want to go. Why? I asked. She didnt want to drive 2 hours just to see one little bridge!! Poor girl needed to be educated. (In her defense the last time she was there she was in a stroller) So I explained that Covered Bridge Festival is a celebration of Park Countys (50?) covered bridges and that at least three towns put on major major events for it. Plus every road is pretty much lined with yard sales. I told her how Mansfield (where we start) will have about 1000 vendor booths (or at least it seems that way) with tons of good food and even some music. And that Bridgeton and Rockville also would have lots of things to look at. Her response went from no to LETS GO SHOPPING!!!! in about 3 seconds!!
