Cozy Soup For That Raining Day! Bean Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup 1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 Cup diced green pepper 4 garlic cloves (minced) 6 C beef broth 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes 1 pkg frozen cut green beans (9 oz) 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz) 1 C small cooked pasta 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp pepper. Directions: In a skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain excess grease. Dump all remaining ingredients into Bean Pot. Add meat, onion, pepper and garlic to Bean Pot and stir to mix well. With the lid on, microwave on high for 30 minutes or heat in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with salad and a yummy crusty bread.
