#Cracking__ICC. Via @Dennis Itumbi. Interesting: "Ambassador Muthaura is mentioned only once in KNHCR database. Muthaura is mentioned being among those that issued orders to Mungiki. Argwings Odera, is the man according to the raw KNHCR database who mentioned Muthaura. Based on that and of course the eventual fake evidence Muthaura was taken to ICC. According to the interview Mr Odera claims to be a taxi driver/freelance reporter with both the Nation Media and the Standard Group. He claims he was present and arrested at the KTN/Standard offices raid in 2006. Odera also says " I was halfway recruited into Mungiki and promised 240,000, I feared for my life and ran away" On his interview form, the KNHCR official who interviewed Odera writes, " the testimony is inconsistent" But the testimony was still included as part of the Commission’s records. Such is the evidence that Bensouda will be relying on, she has already indicated that the 2nd KNHCR report will be one of her principle documents. ( Remember there was a first report which was changed by the Kiai and Hassan Omar group. Slowly the entire evidence will unfold
