Craig, I felt it important to let you know that we had the most fabulous meal last night. It really was truly stunning. From the Champagne and canapés in the Champagne Lounge, starters, the venison with your home grown turnip was just awesome, the sorbet the main courses, the desserts just amazing. I’ve been in the Catering industry since I left school and served my time as a Chef many moons ago and I have to say last night’s dinner was one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had.
