Yes, this is my favorite #Vodka pie crust, which is flakier and somehow more decadent. Heres how to make the crust: 2 1/2 cups organic all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp unrefined cane sugar. Whisk together in a big bowl. 3/4 cup cold butter (grass fed) and 1/2 cup chilled coconut oil. Cut the butter and oil into the flour with a pastry cutter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Drizzle 1/4 cup cold VODKA plus 1/4 cold water and gently fold together all ingredients until mixture just barely sticks together. Divide dough in half and wrap halves in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1+hour up to 2 days. When youre ready to make the pie, remove dough from fridge and roll out into pie crusts and bake as directed.
