Crayola is awesome! I sent them an Email recently telling them about the two wild notes notebooks (crayola/products/wild-notes-1-subject-notebook-product/) I had purchased. I started out by telling them that I have fully enjoyed using their notebooks. I was using one as a dream journal and the other as a wedding journal. However, one of my pens died and the other broke. So, currently I am unable to use my notebooks as they were intended to be used, and I wondered if there was a way I could get refills (I had not found any in the stores anytime I looked). Now, when I sent this, I was expecting them to simply tell me where to go get new pens or something. Instead, this was the reply I received: Dear Kendra, I am sorry to learn your experience with a Crayola(R) product was less than perfect. Your feedback helps us understand how we can improve our products, and will be shared with our Quality Assurance team. We do have two complimentary pens to mail to you, please reply with your mailing address if you wish to receive these. I would also like to share with you that select Target stores now do carry refill pens for our Wildnotes Book product line. If additional assistance is needed, you may reach us by telephone at (800) 272-9652 weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM Eastern Time or e-mail by visiting Crayola. Best wishes for a colorful future!
