Crazy Day, in which I am sure we all had! I will have to say I absolutely loved the spaghetti squash! I cant believe how easy it was!! I cheated a little and used a jar of Organic Tomato Sauce, because my tomatoes in the fridge didnt look so hot to follow the entire recipe. Easy alternative though!! For those who are new, my dinner recipe is in the meal plan for this week! Breakfast: Plain yogurt, homemade granola, strawberries Snack: Strawberry shakeology with Banana Lunch: Zucchini with Almonds (Recipe below from 100 days cookbook) Snack: 1 Hard boiled egg Dinner Spaghetti Squash Exercise: Upper Body Fix Video at home; hoping to get a run in when the kids go to bed!!
