Crazy analogy but it seems fitting after the Lesson of the Day and the Colorado snow storm that I just heard about: Many of our monthly bills are Residual in nature. That means that they re-occur ever month without any effort on our part. We worked to set them up once and they keep coming month after month regardless if we want them or not. People in Colorado are snowed in due to a freak snow storm. They will miss multiple days of work. People who make an hourly wage will not get paid and might not be able to pay their Residual Bills.
