Crazy day of ups and downs. Get a call from the window installers I was getting new windows tomorrow and they had to cancel, due to the installer getting injured. Reschedule for Friday then they call back and they cant do that, due to a City inspector not being available. so now Its next Tuesday and thats set. Then had to reschedule the staining date, thats set. Then I had to cancel PTO, reschedule PTO cancel again check dates and reschedule PTO time at work again. I am also taking Prednisone due to a sinus issue, which has made me gain a few pounds, Argh!! Thats not good, so a minor setback, but Ill be Ok. Getting a CT Scan tomorrow and hopefully an answer to the sinus issue. Then go to the gym and messed up the day. I did not see my Trainers email that its Thursday. So now the POSITIVE. I did cardio instead, 40 minutes on the bike,(usually do 15-20) 25 minutes on arm machine. (usually do 10) Felt Good! so Then... for the 1st time in at least 10+ years, I actually jogged and then I was RUNNING on a hard surface, at a very fast pace!! my knee and hips did not hurt,(much) did that for about 10 minutes! may not seem like much to many but I could not do that before. My Trainer and the other trainers were almost shocked to see this, they know my past injuries and issues. I was Shocked! The hard surface usually causes acute pain after about 5 minutes. We will see how I feel tomorrow. Im home now and feeling OK. Time for Bed. Looking forward to Rudys Meeting on Wednesday the 17th, and honored to be asked to tell about my Journey.
