Crazy story - My step dad was saying earlier that he wishes he could find Zachs (my little brother who passed) Eminem 8 Mile CD because Zach was a huge fan. He was also talking about how since he passed the radio periodically turns on by itself, or if the radio is on it will just switch to CD by itself, or start scanning stations by itself. So I started doing computer work and put Pandora on, on my tablet. This was the first time I listened to Pandora in a few weeks and what is the very first track that starts playing but Eminems 8 Mile, Lose Yourself (which is the official soundtrack for the movie)! This is where it starts getting weird, I DO NOT HAVE EMINEM PROGRAMMED ON ANY OF MY PANDORA STATIONS NOR DOES IT EVER PLAY! To top it off, the second song that played was also an Eminem song that he did with Dr. Dre called I need a doctor. The chorus goes as followed: Im bout ready to lose my mind, Ive been gone so long, Im running out of time. I need a doctor, call me a doctor. I NEED A DOCTOR TO BRING ME BACK TO LIFE! - Even if I had Eminem on any of my Pandora stations, Pandora never plays two songs from the same artist back to back! Back story- Not only was my brother a fan, but I took him to opening day at the drive in to see 8 Mile (the movie) in Detroit. Also, Eminem filmed part of the movie outside my loft in Detroit where I got an autograph for my little brother. During this time Eminem invited him to Detroit to come sit in on some of the other sets that were being filmed, so Zach got to see the movie being shot as well. (Hence, why we went to see it opening day.) The ties to Eminem goes deeper then that with my little bro but Im not going to get into that. The point of this story was to show the incredible ways that spirit makes the point to show us that they are still around! I miss you little bro!!!!! I know you will be with Dad and I at the benefit to honor you Saturday! Much love, Zach Theil!!!!!!!!!!! :)
