Crazy stuff happening. ..liver transplant on Tuesday September 16th.... discharged on Friday September 19th!! The liver transplant team calls her their STAR STUDENT.... earliest discharge prior to her was 4 days post op and she is leaving 3 days past op. She and I are settling into our new home/apt across the street. She will get labs three times next week and has a followup appt with her surgeon. She will be taking over 50 pills UNDER MY SUPERVISION and having her blood sugar checked 4 times a day and insulin given as needed BY ME!!! Yikes! HUGE responsibility for me as timing is everything. What a miracle! ! Thank you to everyone who has prayed or called or texted or fb messaged etc. We love yall! !
