Cream Puff is being a very good boy in this video. His foster mom - TopicsExpress

Cream Puff is being a very good boy in this video. His foster mom is giving him hand signals in the back ground While He waits very patiently and does not jump up to say hello (like he used to do all the time), he has come a long way from the spastic, spinning dog he used to be (though he will still spin on special occasions). For those who do not know his story, he came to us in 2006 from a hoarding situation. When we were asked by his guardian for help after the guardian had been notified by the health authorities. We rescued Cream Puff along with another poodle cross dog and 13 Persian cats. He had developed manic behaviors from his life in the kennel, had no grasp of human or dog manners, and had other special needs. Also, We soon learned Cream Puff was born deaf, was (and is) not house trained, and has food allergies. Now, Cream Puff loves long walks and hanging in cat carriers. Now he even does his business outside if he has to go (but he will still go indoors if he can not be outside); now he will even play with toys, He will even play fetch if he sees where the ball/stick goes. He is 12 years old this year and is often mistaken for a puppy by other dog walkers because he is always so happy and energized, he does not mind the misunderstanding though, as he just loves meeting new people, whether or not they see him differently is up to them. He is still working on his protectiveness, currently he will defend anyone who is holding him, that means growls and nips to everyone else. He is currently a long term foster as his special needs have been to much for past potential adopters. He is our only dog in our Dog House division.
