Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip Ingredients 1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature 1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise 1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, Flake Style 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped onion 1 can (398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Parmesan cheese Preparation Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C) . In a medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture into a greased glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned. Serve with crackers or French bread. Options: Use low fat garlic cream cheese with low fat mayonnaise. Use 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese in mixture. Use 1 finely chopped white onion.
