Creamy spinach bake. 3 tbsp butter 12 oz cooked n drained spinach 1/2 cup chopped onions 2 oz Parmesan cheese 5 egg whites 5 egg yolks 1 cup of milk 3 tbsp flour Cook the spinach with butter Add the onion salt n pepper Them add the 3 tbsp of flour n milk cook until is thickened Beat the eggs whites n then gradually add bye yolks mix it with the spinach mix. Bake uncovered for 15-20 at 400*
