Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit. +Psalm 51:10-12 Thank the Lord we live in the new covenant in the love and grace of Jesus Christ and if we turn from our sins and believe in Him we are eternally secured and permanently given the Holy Spirit. Our prayer when we sin is that God cleanses our hearts, restores sweet fellowship with the Spirit and revives our joy in the saving of our souls from eternal destruction and from the power of sin through the grace of Christ. Thank you Lord for your indestructible love and grace given to us as a free gift through saving faith in your sacrificial death and resurrection on our behalf. Help us to flee from temptation and to refuge in Your presence today. Cleanse us from our sins against You. We pray this in Jesus name, AMEN.
