Creative Producer Salary: £23,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week. Contact is a leading contemporary arts venue that places young people at the decision-making heart of the organisation. Based in Manchester, Contact commissions, presents and produces outstanding new theatre, dance, music, cabaret and live art across our building, unusual spaces and online, for audiences of all ages. It also delivers a nationally significant programme of young people’s talent and leadership development. To help achieve our vision, we are seeking to appoint a Creative Producer. An experienced arts producer, you will support Contact’s produced and commissioned artists to create dynamic, risk-taking and high quality new work for local, national and international presentation. Working alongside the Artistic Director/Chief Executive and Head of Creative Development, you will support a range of projects, including those combining the development of new work with community engagement. You will be key to nurturing Contact’s young programmers and producers, and developing progression routes from young peoples’ talent development activity to structured early career artist support.
