Creek View Veterinary Clinic finds the situation of the lost dachshund mix heart wrenching and wants the well being of the dog to be put first in what is a very unfortunate situation. Creek View Veterinary Clinic has a legally binding obligation to honor and protect its client patient relationship and its state mandated confidentiality. Creek View Veterinary Clinic is not a legal institution and has absolutely no authority to determine ownership or enforce changes thereof. We find this predicament troubling and wish to aid in any fashion legally possible.
