Creiden is seeking a Support Developer who will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support network for both internal and external customers of our company. Working as a primary contact for our customers you are required to provide an extraordinary customer experience and take responsibility for handling the Clients questions, continually striving to meet defined service level agreements. Candidates should possess strong problem solving skills and be able to communicate effectively across a number of different teams.
