Cressey recentky wrote an article about pullovers and how their good. I agree, I call them the rdl of the upper body This is the same thing but from half kneeling. at the beginning I have more tricep work then at the end its less arm flexion/ extension and focus on opening up-you can see why old school Bria called the pullover the chest expander. This drill is great on your back or from 1/2 kneeling. keys are keeping abs locked and ass tight.
