Crimes against Tea Party members and conservatives by Lois Lerner and other IRS, DOJ and White House perpetrators were and are intended to subvert our free and fair national elections and our Constitution. The administration of our God-given unalienable rights and the prevention of tyranny depend on those elections. The perpetrators clearly violated, among other laws, 18 USC 2383, Rebellion or insurrection. Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. They must be immediately arrested and jailed. If those responsible for enforcing the law refuse to act, then We The People have the clear right and duty to do so...and quickly.
