Criminal Possession of a Weapon Arrest Endicott, New York Date of Release September 22, 2014 On September 21 2014, the Endicott Police arrested Macoley F. Saunders, age 22, no permanent address for one count each Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony and one count of Menacing in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor. The Endicott Police responded to the area of the 100 block of Adams Ave. for a report of a dispute and a man with a gun. Saunders is accused of getting into a dispute with three other people and during the dispute he displayed a 9mm Ruger handgun. He fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival and was located at 1803 E. Main St. where he was taken into custody without incident. A search of the residence was conducted and the handgun was recovered. The Endicott Police were assisted by the Vestal Police, New York State Police and the Broome County Sheriff’s Department. Saunders also had outstanding warrants out of the Village of Endicott Court for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, during a domestic dispute on August 25th, 2014, in which he choked a 22 year female. And he also had arrest warrants for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Assault in the 3rd degree and Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; on September 14th, 2014 during a domestic dispute with a 33 year old female he physically attacked the female causing black eyes and bruising to her head and then when she was able to get free of him he drove away in her vehicle without her permission. Saunders was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
