Crippling leg DOMS on the go since Wednesday! Might have something to do with these...Ass to Grass’ Bulgarian Split Squats :p I dont like to concentrate on numbers but I still enjoy a 10 rep max PR :) First time I’ve attempted this with 22kg dumbbells and really pleased with the range more than anything else. What a difference training hamstrings separately has made to the depth of all my compound leg movements. My face at the end of this says it all (although I’m not sure what’s going on the psychotic smile at the start..) I’m not going to lie, they were horrific!! #TeamON #PushYourLimits
