Cristina Ballestero is a singer, songwriter, recording artist, and more. Cristina began pursuing her dreams and was signed to Universal Blackground Records in a girl group called LAX Gurlz at age15. The groups song had spins on Radio Disney as well as many other Top 40 Stations and reached #1 on Chicagos B96 for many weeks. In 2008, Cristina and the group were introduced by Chris Rock on MTVs TRL as he hosted First Look. When the group disassembled, Cristina pursued a solo career in pop music. She began working with producers such as Andrew Lane and began writing and recording her own music as well as music for other artists. Since then, Cristina had performed in venues such as The House of Blues and was asked to open for recording artist Keri Hilson at the Paramount NBA All-Star Weekend Block Party. In early 2011, Cristina released her debut single You Didnt Want Me which is now available on iTunes. Cristina continues to work on her craft and has many projects in store for the future. She has also sung with the Catholic praise band Lowly Servant and is about to debut another album.
