Critique: The Presidents Workout, Heard Round the World June 7, 2014 ============================= It is no secret that I am not a huge Obama fan. I think his politics are divisive, naive and in some cases both fascist and unconstitutional. Though, in fairness, I could make the same argument against every president, going back to Lincoln... for the right amount of money. ;) - Recently, as many people know, the President was caught on video, working out in a Polish hotel gym. And? Granted, his form is awful. He looks like Urkel during his first day of CrossFit. But at-least hes doing it... + He hit the weights (badly, but still). + He rocked some step-up lunges (badly, but still). + He hit the elliptical (its hard to do much wrong on an elliptical). + He combined cardio with weights (little pansy weights, but still). - My point is this... The leader of the free world... arguably the busiest man on the planet, found time to hit the gym. - Get to the gym.
