Crochetville Designer Blog Tour 2015 for National Crochet Month: March 1-31 Are you a crochet designer? Would you like to be featured during our blog tour in March? Want to know more about how it works? Keep reading and share this post with your other designer friends. What the Blog Tour Is: Each day, well feature 1-3 crochet designers, each with their own blog post. The post will tell a little about you and your work as a designer, highlight a few of your patterns, and provide links to all your websites. The blog post will also link to a blog post you make on your blog. Your post will need to include a paragraph about our blog tour, including a link to our main informational post, which we will provide to you. In your blog post, we encourage you to provide some sort of freebie for your blog visitors. It might be a small pattern of some kind, a tutorial, some kind of sneak peek info that will make customers feel special and connected to you. Well need you to let us know what it is youll be providing, so we can include the basic info in our post, to encourage people to actually click the link and go to your blog post. Well also promote the blog tour on our Facebook page, on the Crochetville forum, and on a few Ravelry crochet groups (with advance permission). At the end of the tour, we will create an e-booklet in PDF format containing all the blog posts that well make available for sale at a very low price, for people who want the convenience of reading everything all in one place at a later time. Youll be able to place a full-page ad in this booklet for free as well, although this is totally optional. Participation Cost: Nothing! Its totally free to participate. What Well Need From You: Head shot photo, photos of some pattern designs youd like us to feature, links to those designs, answers to a questionnaire well send you. Please dont send any of this now. Priority will be given to those who participated last year. Last years blog tour was a little disorganized due to a family members cancer diagnosis and major surgery complications. All is fine now, so things should run very smoothly this year.
