Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings 5 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small chunks 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can cream mushroom soup 2 cups water 1/3 cup chopped onion ¼ cup chopped bell pepper ¼ cup chopped celery 3 chicken bouillon cubes Salt and pepper to taste 1 tube of canned biscuits Add everything to crockpot except biscuits… Stir well and cook on low for 3 hours… Then turn up to high heat… Tear biscuits into thirds, and gently add, and stir gently to submerge… Cook for another 40minutes or so until biscuits are cooked…
