Crockpot Beany Stew Ingredients (serves 4 people) 2 tins beans 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow pepper any meat 3 or 4 onions 2 tbsp sugar 2 garlic cloves 1 or 2 chicken stock pots/cubes Directions Add to Crockpot 2 tins of beans, stockpots and preferred meat. Chop onions and peppers and fry until softened, once softened add the sugar until caramelised, then for the last two minutes add the garlic. Pour onions and peppers into the Crockpot and leave on low for 4+ hours or on high for less.
