CrossFit can always be scaled to your relative intensity. Tonight my bad ass 1-on-1 athlete Holly and I both did the same workout, but we scaled it as follows. Originally: EMOM 20 Even 12 Wall Balls 20lbs Odd 30 Double Unders Scaled to: EMOM 20 Even 8 Thursters with Med Ball Odd 15 Singles with Heavy Rope The idea and core concept of CrossFit is that we both are working at a similar level of intensity to get the work done.
