CrossFit is YOU against YOU! No one else. If your trying to improve your overall fitness, trying to improve muscle mass, trying to rip down, or even training to compete... Its YOU against YOU! Fit or not, dont come in and worry about what the other guy is doing, can you keep up with them, they are doing way more weight than you, I think hes cheating reps, hes not coming to full extension, etc... You focus on your own form, your own reps, your own fitness levels and THAT is what will help you attain your goals. Be considerate, kind and help motivate those around you that need the help to become better and you yourself will become better in the process. Never be intimidated to walk into a box.... EVERYONE in it should and will be there to help you!!
