Its designed to get several crossfitters ready for upcoming 5K, 10K, and tuff mudder. You can scale this WOD in any manner you need. However, I challenge everyone to do the entire WOD and only scale weight. Cap for this WOD is 60 minutes. The warmup is the first 2 mile run...uh huh!
