Strength: 67.5 kg thrusters (5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1), Deadlifts - 5-4-3-2-1 (top 150kg) , Crossfit WOD at the end - 7min. AMRAP (60cm box jumps + pullups) 3-6-9-12.... (after completing 3 box jumps and 3 pullups - move to the round of 6 and so on )
