Crossroads Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16 There are several ways, but only a path leads to your glorious destiny. The road network in Abuja municipal area are very intriguing. Some of the roads are long and circular ending only two blocks from its origin. Such a long journey to cover a short distance. Cross roads always arise on the paths of righteousness. Sure paths are shown not assumed. They maybe old and are well known. But if your way is assumed, at the cross roads you miss you way. The cross roads of life test your knowledge of the right way. The right way is always present at the cross road. Instructions are needed to stay on the right path. Cross roads terminates the old and introduces the new. The ways available may abound but only one path is required for your quest. Death, destruction and delay are ways ;Some never returned to tell the end of the paths they undertook. Wisdom is learning from the success, mistakes and challenges of others. Following the sure path delivers sure results. The path of discovery is outlined above; stand, see and ask for the old paths. Old does not mean outdated: there is one that knows the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things not yet done. Isaiah 46;10. New paths does not always lead to better results. There are old paths with current insights and contemporary solutions. That is the path of righteousness; ageless and endless. This path is tested and trusted throughout all generations. Your walk will not be different. When your path gets better and better as you walk, youre sure on the right path. Every step brings you closer to your expected end; your glorious destiny. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day Proverbs 4:18. At every cross road of life, your path shall be plain. Your path shall become brighter and brighter with every right step. The old path will yield for you new ideas. You will see clearly the footsteps of older saints on your way. The shepherd of the sheep Christ Jesus will lead you on. The lord of the Cross will help you cross every cross road of your life. The perfect day awaits you on your life journey. The cross will be a road for you.
