School of Business Studies *.Accountancy *.Business Administration *.Public Administration 2.School of Science and Applied Science *.Computer Science *.Statistics *.Science Laboratory Technology *.Fisheries Technology 3.School of Engineering *.Electrical/Electronics Engineering *.Computer Engineering 4.School of Environmental Studies *.Estate Management *.Quantity Surveying *.Urban and Regional Planning Admission Requirements Candidates seeking admission are expected to have sat for the 2014/2015 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and scored not less than 150 in the Examination Generally, candidates must have at least five credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and three others relevant to the course of studies at WASC/ NECO, NABTEB and GCE ‘O’ Level at not more than two sittings. Candidates will also be required to fulfill such School and Department entry requirements as may be prescribed from time to time. Method of Application 1. Purchase Online Admission Application Scratch Card at N5,500 from Crown Polytechnic main campus Ado- Ekiti or accredited agents at selected locations in the country 2. Visit crownpolytechnic.edu.ng and click on the ONLINE APPLICATION link. 3. Fill in the SERIAL No and PIN on scratch card and log-in 4. Please fill the form correctly and submit.i.e you are expected to upload 2 x 2 passport photograph.Only jpeg format is accepted. 5. Check your Admission Entry Status 48hrs after the completion of your online admission application using the same PIN and Serial No on your Admission Scratch Card. 6. If provisional admission is granted , print out both the Attestation form and Application Confirmation slip 7. You are expected to bring along the Attestation form, Application Confirmation Slip and other document stated therein for submission and collection of Admission Letter at the polytechnic.
