Cry if you need to; Let your emotions flow freely. When you keep them bottled up inside is when things get worse. There will always be ups & downs. Meditate. Breathe. Release the stressful / painful energy within you. If you dont release it mentally, the energy will get exerted into your body, which can cause health problems, or dis-ease . Stay healthy my friends! Breathe deep, relax; cry if you need to. Let it go so that you may be able to continue to prosper on :) I love all of you! Have a wonderful day everyone!
