Crystal Creek Mill, Vertical View..... Marble, Colorado..... to the HDR haters, chill....I know I know....for those who think on occasion HDR is fun, I processed this in Photomatix, then completed it in CS6. Had to paste and rebuild a few of the rocks that were still blown out.... added warmth... added some of the falls detail.... There is info on my website about fall workshops in this area... cannot post details here..... ISO 100 1/15 @ f16 with full gradient ND 3 stop. Glass polarizer... Blend of 4 images in Photomatix... chose painterly 3 preset, reduced to 60%. In CS6 I recreated some of the rocks and the bottom two rungs in that they were blown out to my liking. I added more water detail run off in the waterfall, it was too flowy in my opinion. Added contrast in the mountains, darkened the water a little... added overall lasso fixes of brightness or warmth.
