Crystal Lynn Tomaino McNaughton: We are parents-to-be looking for a two-bedroom apartment that takes two dogs (35lbs and 5lbs, neither is an aggressive breed), for about $1200-1300 a month. Hoping for downstairs apartment, with at least one parking spot. We are hoping for a place that doesnt require 3x rent in income, but we have a good rental history with no late payments, evictions, etc. Any suggestions?
