Cuban exiles and ex patriates, living in this country need to - TopicsExpress

Cuban exiles and ex patriates, living in this country need to know they cannot dictate the foreign policy of this great nation. For too long, this group (the cuban american foundation)has, with its money, coerced successive adminisrations to do their bidding. Its ok for them to plot against and spy on, the Cuban government, but its sacrilege for the real Cuban people to protect the sovereignty of their country. I applaud the Presidents courage to do what is right. Right and political expediency dont live in the same neighborhood! When the Castro regime seized power, in 1959, those who fled Cuba were the wealthy white (I am not one for always using race) Cubans who benefitted from the U.S backed dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista. The overwhelming majority of the people welcomed the change. The Cubans who came later, came because of the ungodly, immoral economic sanctions that punished the innocent people of Cuba even denying much needed medicine. Mr. Castro was hated because he refused to have Cuba relegated to the status of another banana republic like El Salvador and Hondras. Cuba has done well despite this, ask those Jamaicans and Caymanians whove gotten free medical care from Cuban doctors. God bless President Barack Hussein Obama for his courage and God bless America!
