Santhosh Narayanan BGM & Ilayaraja songs placement is too good. Movie running time is 2 Hrs 45 minutes. Towards climax is little bit draggy, but that lengthy scenes are required to show the depth of the story. Totally Cuckoo is a melodious drama, dont miss it and strictly not for commercial movie lovers.
