Culinary Tip of the Day: When using fresh herbs, do a little experimenting in terms of appreciating the elements of the herb. For example; Marjoram is sweet and spicy, Oregano is pungent and peppery, sage is slightly bitter but pungent with a musty aroma. Rosemary has a hint if citrus however has a pine aroma. Thyme has a mint and lemon aroma while basil is sweet with a hint if pepper and anise. Tarragon is like a delicate licorice while parsley is fresh and grassy. Have a great day and be safe.
