Cults are intolerant of other cults. Due to their self perspective - TopicsExpress

Cults are intolerant of other cults. Due to their self perspective that they are the way, the truth and the life, they fail to discern if the light within them is darkness. "If the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness. No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." Matthew 6:23, 24. If we love money, then the light within us is darkness. Do we love money? then we hate God? Are we devoted to money, then we despise God. Do we know if the light within us is darkness? Do we imagine that a cult, even a well funded political cult, will save us from our own personal love of money? Can they insure that we can keep our treasure here on earth safe from the rust of corruption and the thieves and robbers? Do we love our money enough to save our soul? Whenever we choose to stop deceiving ourselves, then the light of the truth can illuminate the darkness of our own souls. Until then, beware false teachers and beware the leaven of the Pharisees...whatever this may mean to you. Forgive us our debts as we forgive those who are indebted to us. If money means more to us than forgiveness, then we owe a debt which can never be repaid.
