Cultural observances #3: 1. We were walking outside of the #3 place on the Via Dolorosa where Mary went to try to talk to Jesus while carrying the cross. As we were still in the church, they had a gift shop...and lo behold they are jamming to American music such as Selena Gomez. Definitely caught us off guard and kinda sac-religious lol 2. The taxi driver thought I was from Sweden because of my look and accent. Must mention tho that he was as deaf as a door nail...lol
