Culture can be seen right or ok in the eyes of the individual who lives in the culture and wrong from others who dont. A level 1 example. Washington, DC culture is serious about their suit & tie, & sock game . In Silicon Valley/Bay + startup culture is serious about their hoodie, flip flops, and jeans. Both are right in their own worlds and both are right if people from DC wants to wear suits in Tech, etc. But everyone in Silicon Valley/Bay + startup culture doesnt welcome or like people in suits and everyone in Washington, DC doesnt like hoodies and jeans. So who is right and who is wrong? Neither... #beyou
