Curious- when it comes to choosing a warranty for your client- whats important to you, how do you decide which one to recommend? Might be a prize for the correct answer... 1. Which one is cheaper 2. Basic coverage and options offered? 3. Which Rep took you to lunch? 4. Which Rep answers your call or email first? (No questions about coverage or service) 5. The one with the FEWEST complaints (according to TREC) 6. The one that offers the MOST value for the specific property? 7. The one who has an option $10 less? 8. The one that offers coverage (sellers usually) for free? 9. The one with the brand new Rep? 10. The one with a seasoned Rep with almost 9 yrs warranty experience and over 24,000 plans sold. Curious to see the responses. Might be a prize for the correct answer(s)... Just sayin
